Purchases

Prices published on the website are effective for all new purchases. Tattlas has the right to change our products and pricing at any time. Price changes do not apply to purchases confirmed before the price change.

Purchases are final after we confirm your payment; no returns and no refunds. This is enforced for all customers and members unless we choose to payback money to you. All products and services are provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind. Your accounts and purchases are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold. We may choose to offer policy exceptions under special circumstances such as processing or payment errors, fraud and sometimes begging.

Delivery

After your payment submission, the order confirmation number is displayed on the website. Almost immediately, a confirmation message is sent to the account email, followed later by a second email after we confirm receipt of payment. If you do not receive confirmation emails, send your story to admin@tattlas.com so we can check your order status and get back to you.

Communication

Our primary communication channel is email via admin@tattlas.com and we provide an online contact form at www.tattlas.com/contact/. We also maintain official social media profiles which are linked from our website.

We will send transaction emails and messages about your account to the email address on your account. Customers may have the option to view your account email or send a message when you publish a portfolio. Optionally, you can request to receive additional promotional emails from us.

We provide customer support and technical help as best as we can, for our customers to be satisfied with our products and services.
